About Joys' Cafe

JOYSCAFE_26-03-11_credit Dan Ahn_014.jpg
Joys’ Cafe is a corner Hong Kong–style café (cha chaan teng) in Manhattan’s Chinatown, serving comforting classics rooted in everyday Hong Kong dining culture. The menu features silky milk tea brewed the traditional way, Hong Kong–style French toast, baked spaghetti, egg tarts, stir-fried favorites, and more.

Designed as a bright, welcoming escape from the bustle of Chinatown, Joys’ Cafe is filled with natural light through its street-facing windows and sunroom seating. We want people to treat Joys’ Cafe as a community center, where dining in doesn’t have to follow any rules - it could be quick, slow, or anything in between. But affordable and comfortable at the same time.
